The purpose of these legal conditions is to regulate the relationship between Club Patinatge Artístic Olot (hereinafter CPA Olot), a sports entity domiciled at Avenida República Argentina, s/n in Olot and the donor, individual or company making the donation.

Each donation made through this website will be governed by these General Conditions. When makeing a donation, the Donor acknowledges that he has read, understood and accepted, without reseration, these General Conditions, so we remind him of the convenience of reading them carefully..

The CPA Olot reserves the right to modify these General Conditions, by publishing an updated version of them in this same page, wich will apply to all those donations made after the moment in which the CPA Olot publishes the new versión of its General Conditions on the website.

With the acceptance of these General Conditions, donatons made through the Internet will constitute a binding and fully effective contract between the parties.

The information recorded by the CPA Olot constitutes absolute proof of the donation and of the entire transaction. The information recorded by the payment system constitutes absolute proof of the financial transactions.


On our website we accept online donations to support Club Patinatge Artísic Olot (CPA Olot) and our projects.

In accordance with article 531-8 of the Catalan Civil Code, donations are irrevocable and cannot be returned. Once the donation has been completed, the funds are immediately used to support our activities and projects.

Even so, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise in which a donor can request the return of their donation, which will be the following:

a. Error in the will to donate: In the event that the credit card with which the donation was made has been lost as a result of theft or robbery.
